In order to support her family Mother Courage follows armies with her traveling canteen, selling provisions
and liquor to the troops. One by one she loses her children to the war but will not part with her livelihood - the
wagon.
Combining live action with shadow play, music and animation this fast-paced production and workshop package
combines Brecht's classic tale with an exploration of contemporary concerns about international economics, trade
and war.
